Delícias da Bahia is a venture dedicated to bringing the authentic taste of Bahia cuisine to the United States. Founded six years ago in San Francisco, CA, our mission is to connect the Brazilian community here in Seattle, WA with the culinary traditions of Salvador, Bahia Brazil, while introducing these delights to a wider audience.

OUR STORY

Our journey began with a conversation between Brazilians passionate about the rich Bahian cuisine and its ability to bring people together. Since 2018, we have been offering traditional dishes that hark back to Bahia's cultural roots, providing a gastronomic experience that is both nostalgic and innovative.
